Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging

  • Only refunds are offered — we do not process exchanges

  • Final sale, custom, or clearance items may not be eligible for return (please refer to the product page for any exclusions)


Return Process

  1. Contact us at stoolspace@out.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will issue return authorization and provide instructions

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable
